Poco F3 GT: We have published several articles regarding the Nord 2 competitor on this site. This article will be a summary. The flagship killer is said to arrive on 23rd July 2021 via Flipkart and other offline stores. It is essentially a rebranded version of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, which was launched only in China.
It is said to come with a MediaTek Dimesnity 1200 Chipset, which is a flagship SOC, and it is nearly equal to the Snapdragon 870. It beats the A12 Bionic.
It is said to have 8 and 12GB RAM Variants with two color choices. It is said to have multi level, aerospace grade cooling systems and a flat 1080P 120Hz OLED Display with a Billion Colors and HDR10+ certification with 500 Nits of typical brightness.
Packed with a 5065 MAH Large Battery, it will easily last a day and even a day and a half for non power users. It has a 67W Fast Charger bundled in the box and will run Android 11, with MIUI 12.5 out of the box. It also has physical pop up triggers that help a lot while gaming. It has a kind of thin body at only 8.3 millimeters.
Looking at the Flipkart product page, it is said to have a really good looking and strong, sturdy design, with Gorilla 5 on the front and back, durable plastic frame, IP53 Splash proof, etc. The 2 colors are called “Gunmetal Silver” and “Predator Black”. Another key feature is high fidelity Dolby Atmos Audio Support with stereo speakers, which is definitely a feature to brag about. It comes with JBL Synthesis certification for great multimedia experience.
Stacked graphite layers and vapor chambers dissipate heat and do not throttle the near flagship level performance. The white graphene layer is said to offer great insulation, stop throttling and overheating and also reduce heat while charging, making battery health better. The launch date is on July 23.

We have exclusively covered the pricing and the variants of the Poco F3 GT in this article:
Internal sources and anonymous leakers have tipped off that this smartphone will be very aggressively priced at 27,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM & 128GB Storage. The second variant will be priced 30,999 and will come with 12GB RAM & 256GB Storage. It is definitely more expensive than the Poco F1 (obviously), but it is a really good phone for the price. Please note that this is not confirmed, though the leak is from a reliable source, not all leaks are one hundred percent real.
There might be other discounts and offers, including card discounts and early bird savings to get this smartphone for even lower.
It will be competing against the OnePlus Nord 2 (which they have been teasing in their marketing campaign), Apple’s iPhone SE, Pixel 4A and a few other smartphones. It will be an easy to recommend smartphone in the under 35,000 price bracket.
With that being said, let us wait for the official launch event on 23rd to know more about this smartphone. Meanwhile, you can read how Xiaomi overtook Apple recently to become the second largest smartphone company in the world.
