Poco X3GT: On July 23 (Today), the Poco F3 GT was announced with stellar specs for a great price, packed with power due to the Dimensity 1200 SOC and a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED Screen. This smartphone will be an easy recommendation in the 25 to 30K price bracket. Now, Poco might be about to launch a new smartphone in the X3 Series: The Poco X3GT. In Malaysia on 28th July, this smartphone is going to be launched, with a live stream to promote it.

A lot of renders and several leaks were found on reliable sites. There will most likely be a global launch and there also might be an Indian launch happening. Take a look at the picture attached below to get a general idea of how it might look, based on popular renders.

Poco X3GT to be a rebranded version of Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G.
Poco X3GT: Power Packed Mid Range Killer Smartphone!

As evident, it is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G which was not launched in India, but they will most likely launch this Poco in India, indirectly bringing the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G Variant to India. Once again, more pointless rebrands, that create confusion for users who do not closely follow the tech world, but that is besides the point. This smartphone however has promising featuers.

Poco X3GT: Expected Specifications.

It is basically confirmed that this smartphone is coming with the Mediatek Dimensity 1100 Chipset, because Poco has shared a teaser poster revealing the same. This processor is obviously 5G Enabled and this smartphone will offer a decent number of 5G Bands.

About the design & display, it will have a punch hole camera, an LCD FHD+ Display and a textured back finish similar to the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, in Blue, Green, White or Black color options.

Again, similar to the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, it might feature a 6.6 Inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD Panel with Gorilla Glass Victus Protection, and we find it weird that the non 5G Variant has a 120Hz AMOLED while this has an LCD.

This is the poster from Poco, attached below. It seems to proudly boast 67W Turbo Fast Charging and “Extreme Power” with the Dimensity 1100 SOC.

Poco X3 GT: Interesting Specifications.

As for the storage, it will have UFS 3.1 Storage and LPDDR4 X RAM. It will have either 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of Storage.

Another interesting part of the spec sheet is the rectangular camera module, with a 64MP Primary Sensor, an 8 Megapixel Ultrawide and then that obligatory rubbish 2 Megapixel Macro Camera. Moving to the punch hole, we will have a 16 Megapixel Front Camera.

67W Fast Charging was previously mentioned, and it will have a 5000 Milliamp Hour Battery that will easily last a day even for heavy gamers and more than a day for non power users.

We are not yet sure about the pricing in Malaysia, let alone India, but it will most likely be priced under 23,000 Rupees and more than 17,000 Rupees because they have the X3 Pro at around 16500 and the F3 GT at 26K. To read the article we wrote about the Poco F3 GT, click the link below.

This basically means it is going to have identical specifications to the China only Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. Though Poco is an “independent” company from Xiaomi, this is what we see.

To summarize:

  1. The Poco X3GT will have a 64MP Main+ 8MP Ultrawide+ 2MP Legendary (Macro) Triple Camera Setup.
  2. It will come with a 5000MAH Battery that supports turbo charging speeds at 67W.
  3. It will have either 6 or 8GB of RAM with 128 or 256GB of storage (UFS 3.1 Storage & LPDDR4X RAM).
  4. A Full HD+ 120Hz LCD Display with Gorilla Glass Victus Protection.
  5. Mediatek Dimensity 1100 SOC.
  6. Between 17K & 23K Rupees.

That is all we have for now. We will update if there is any more news regarding the Poco X3GT. Do you think it will see an Indian launch? What is the practical pricing for this smartphone? Do drop a comment down below.
