Xiaomi launches Redmi Note 10T 5G in India; Price and Specifications

Redmi's first 5G smartphone has been officially unveiled in India. Redmi Note 10T 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset.

Redmi has finally announced its first 5G smartphone in India. Redmi Note 10T 5G is the first smartphone coming from the house of Redmi India in the country. The Redmi Note 10T 5G is a fifth extension to the Redmi Note 10 series in India. While all the model in the series is 4G compatible, the Note 10T 5G offers users a 5G network connectivity options in a budget.

The Redmi Note 10T 5G comes in 4GB RAM+ 64GB ROM and 6GB+128GB variant in India. It is priced at ₹13,999 and ₹15,999 respectively in India. The device will be available to purchase via Amazon India and Mi.com starting 26th July. Users can also avail of some launch offers to get discounts on the product.

The Redmi Note 10T 5G offers a 6.5-inches FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz high refresh rate, center-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, 500 nits of peak brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset coupled with upto 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS storage.

For the camera, the device offers a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixels primary wide sensor coupled with a 2-megapixels depth and 2-megapixels macro sensor. There is a 16-megapixels front-facing camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The device will boot up on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 skin. Connectivity features include 5G/4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, GPS Location Tracking, Wi-Fi Direct, IR Blaster, and Bluetooth support. For security, it comes with a side-mounted physical fingerprint scanner and face unlock support.
